Kiz Essence Story
Our Origin
Founded in 2021, Kiz Essence started as a small group of friends, each coming from diverse dance backgrounds. From Brazilian Zouk & Kizomba, to Salsa & Bachata, this shared passion for dance helped grow a community of dancers and performers. Kiz Essence has been spreading the joy of dance ever since.
Our dance community is the perfect place for people of all ages and skill levels to come together and enjoy the art of dance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, we offer a variety of classes and events to meet your needs.
Our instructors are highly trained and passionate about what they do, and our community is welcoming and supportive. Kiz Essence emphasizes connection, creativity and respect, and we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.
Urban Kiz
The essence of Urban Kiz lies in its fusion of traditional kizomba with contemporary urban dance styles, creating a dynamic and expressive form of partner dancing. Kiz Essence strives to provide group social dance classes & events to improve our understanding and enjoyment of the genre of dance.
Urban Kiz embodies a modern interpretation of African rhythms and movements, evolving with urban influences to create a vibrant and evolving dance culture.
It emphasizes connection, musicality, respect and creativity, allowing dancers to interpret the music in their own unique way.
